You will be designing and building the foundational systems that will power the future of finance.

Role Description

As a Platform Engineer, you will design and build the foundational cloud and platform infrastructure that powers next-generation payment systems. This is an early-stage role with high ownership, where your work will directly shape the scalability, security, and reliability of our core platform.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain our secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure?on?AWS?using?Terraform?(IaC).
• Architect, implement, and manage our?Kubernetes?clusters and ecosystems, utilizing?Helm?for package management and?Docker?for containerization.
• Build, optimize, and secure robust?CI/CD pipelines?using tools like?GitLab CI/GitHub Actions/Jenkins?to enable rapid and reliable deployments.
• Develop automation scripts and tools in?Python?and?Shell?to improve operational efficiency and eliminate the toil.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions (e.g.,?Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger) to ensure system health and performance.
• Champion best practices in security, networking, and?Git?workflows across the engineering organization.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 8+ years experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SRE.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly with?Terraform.
• Strong hands-on experience with?AWS?cloud services and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of container orchestration with?Kubernetes?and package management with?Helm.
• Experience building and maintaining?CI/CD?pipelines with?GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using?Python?and?Shell Scripting.
• Solid understanding of containerization fundamentals with?Docker.
• Expertise in version control with?Git.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with?GitOps?methodologies and tools like?ArgoCD?or?FluxCD.
• Knowledge of additional cloud providers (GCP?or?Azure).
• Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger).
• Familiarity with?Service Meshes?(e.g.,?Istio, LinkerD).
• Experience with code quality and security tools like?SonarQube.
• Knowledge of?TLS/SSL certificate management and security best practices.
