Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads) — Webinterest

At Webinterest, we’re a results-obsessed performance marketing agency working with D2C brands, e-commerce businesses, and growth-stage companies. We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven marketer who lives inside Ads Manager and knows how to turn ad spend into revenue.

The Role You’ll own paid campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting. You think in funnels, obsess over ROAS, and know that a great creative is only half the battle.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
• Analyse performance data and make fast, informed decisions on budget, targeting, and creative
• Collaborate with the design team to brief and iterate on ad creatives
• Track conversions, build reports, and present insights to clients
• Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta and/or Google Ads
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
• Comfortable with analytics tools — Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and basic Excel/Sheets
• A results-first mindset — you care about numbers, not just impressions
• Bonus: Experience with D2C brands, Shopify stores, or e-commerce clients
