We’re building the world’s first contactless ropeless façade cleaning robot — and we need a sharp, proactive System Administrator to own our digital backbone.

This is NOT a passive IT support role. You’ll lead our Odoo ERP rollout end-to-end, manage engineering infrastructure, and keep systems running for a 20+ member deep-tech team.

📍 On-Site | 🕐 Full-Time | 💼 2–4 Years Experience

What you’ll own: 🔹 Odoo ERP administration & rollout (PLM, Quality, Inventory) — 50% of the role 🔹 IT support & asset management for 20+ team members 🔹 Engineering infrastructure, GitLab & PLM workflows 🔹 Network ops — LAN/WAN, VPN, MQTT for robotics environments 🔹 Cybersecurity, IAM, backup & compliance

You bring: ✅ 2–4 years in IT/Systems Administration (startup or deep-tech preferred) ✅ ERP administration experience (Odoo is a big plus) ✅ Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, MQTT) ✅ B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc in CS, IT, or Robotics Engineering

Bonus points for: Python/Bash scripting · Docker · AWS/GCP/Azure · ISO 9001 · InfluxDB
