Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Conversation Specialist located in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Conversation Specialist will be responsible for engaging website visitors through real-time chat, building meaningful connections, and qualifying leads. Key tasks include understanding customer needs, effectively addressing inquiries, managing multi-channel interactions, and providing a seamless handover to the sales team. The role also involves using the proprietary SmartChat system and maintaining high communication standards, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with website visitors.
- Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving to address and manage queries professionally.
- Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and ensure accurate and prompt responses.
- Familiarity with live chat tools and digital engagement platforms is a plus.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with a customer-centric approach.
- Understanding of CRM systems and lead qualification processes is advantageous.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement roles is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable.
