Since SEO content is the foundation of our business’s marketing deliverables, you’ll be responsible for writing high quality blog posts, articles, and case studies for a wide range of niches, including wealth management, hospitality, music therapy, pain management, finance, construction, food and restaurants, and more.

The Role: SEO Intern

As an SEO intern you will start by learning our content writing and SEO standard, but this is not a traditional writing role.

Writing is how you:

• Learn industries deeply
• Understand client businesses
• Develop strategic thinking

This role is designed as a structured path from execution to strategy, where content writing is the foundation, not the end goal. You will begin by writing and contributing directly to client work, learning how to research, think, and produce high-quality content that drives real SEO performance. As you develop, you will move from task-based execution to owning outcomes—understanding client goals, analyzing data, and contributing to strategy. Over time, high performers transition into leadership roles, managing projects, guiding team members, and participating in client decision-making. With a clear progression from training to independent contribution to strategic direction, this role is built to develop long-term thinkers who can grow into executive-level responsibilities within 6 months to 3 years based on performance and ownership.

LOCATION: Virtual

HOURS: 8:30 AM EST to 5 PM EST (6 PM to 2:30 AM)

SALARY: 4 to 6 LPA

Career Growth Path (Year 1):

Bootcamp Phase (0-1 months)

Intensive training focused on writing, research, and core frameworks. You will learn how to produce high-quality, manual content, understand industries deeply, and build the foundation for strategic thinking. This phase is about learning how to think, not just execute.

Core Team (1-6 months)

Transition into a full contributor role, owning content production and taking responsibility for quality, timelines, and communication. You will begin making independent decisions, improving efficiency, and developing a deeper understanding of client goals and SEO performance.

Lead Team (6-12+ months)

Move into strategy and leadership, managing projects, guiding team members, and contributing to client direction. You will take ownership of outcomes, including content performance, growth, and long-term strategy, while mentoring others and helping scale operations.

The goal is to become someone clients trust to make decisions, not just write blogs.

• AI-generated writing is not allowed – We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for AI-written content. It goes against our standards, our values, and the level of quality we expect.
• AI content does not create value – AI-generated content is easy to produce, but also easy to replace. It lacks originality, depth, and true expertise—making it ineffective for long-term SEO performance and client growth.
• Human content is what AI depends on – AI systems do not create knowledge—they aggregate it. The only content that holds value is original, human-created insight that AI can reference and learn from.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Write 1–2 high-quality blog posts daily using Perfect Clicks internal frameworks
• Translate complex information into clear, structured, user-focused content
• Conduct SEO keyword research and analysis for client sites
• Continuously refine content based on feedback and performance
• Communicate proactively with a remote team working US hours
• Contribute to long-term content strategy as you grow
