Virtual Assistant – onsite noida Full Time

Its a Night Shift role: working hours: 6:00 pm to 3:00 am

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Virtual Assistant role, located in Noida. The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to enhance productivity. Responsibilities include calendar management, scheduling and organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, managing emails, handling documentation, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external communications. The role also involves maintaining confidentiality and ensuring efficiency in carrying out day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing internal and external communications
• Ability to handle documentation, data entry, and file management with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms
• Time management and organizational skills to efficiently prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional office setting
• High level of discretion and confidentiality in managing sensitive information
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
