Full job description
We are looking for a motivated IT / Networking Intern to assist in day-to-day networking and system-related tasks. This role is ideal for candidates who want practical hands-on experience in real-world IT environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and configuring routers, switches, and LAN networks
- Support in IP configuration, basic troubleshooting, and connectivity issues
- Help with LAN cable crimping and network wiring tasks
- Assist in system installation (OS, drivers, basic software)
- Monitor and report network issues to senior technicians
- Maintain basic documentation of setups and troubleshooting steps
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of networking (IP, LAN, routers)
- Familiarity with computers and operating systems
- Willingness to learn and work on field tasks
- Basic understanding of hardware and connectivity
Eligibility:
- Diploma / B.Tech / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Freshers / students are welcome
Preferred Skills (Not mandatory):
- Knowledge of Cisco / networking basics
- Experience with small network setups
