Software Engineer – Marketing Full Time NEW

TL;DR

Hardcore software engineer who thinks in funnels. You’ll own the entire marketing stack, Google Ads, landing pages, top-of-funnel pipeline, every workflow in between. No tool on the market does what we need, so you’ll build it. Report to the CEO & Head of Growth.

Why this role exists

YC W24. Building the world’s best offensive and defensive security platform. The next decade is for the company’s building security. 

But our marketing stack is duct tape. Google Ads run by humans. Landing pages built by humans. Keyword research in spreadsheets. Website visitors are full of noise. We’re leaving absurd pipeline on the floor because no off-the-shelf tool does what an AI-native company actually needs.

You’re going to build it.

What you’ll do

Own Google Ads as code. Keyword research, budget allocation, ad copy variants, CPL/CAC monitoring, kill losers, scale winners, automated. No agency. No manual bidding. An AI engine.

Generate landing pages programmatically. Every keyword cluster, persona, and competitor comparison page gets its own page. You build the system that spins them up, A/B tests them, and ships winners.

Build the top of funnel. Outbound enrichment, intent signals, ICP scoring, lifecycle automation. Qualified leads land on AE calendars without humans touching them.

Wire up the GTM stack. Hubspot, Nooks, Clay, Unify, Default, HeyReach, n8n — plus the gaps where none of those work. Make the systems talk. Kill what isn’t working.

Reactivate dead pipeline. Closed-lost and stalled deals are a goldmine. Build the sequences that bring them back.

Who you are

2–6 years as software developer.

Growth eng, RevOps with serious code, full-stack who got obsessed with GTM, or ex-founder who’s done all of it. Title doesn’t matter. What you’ve built does.

Strong in TypeScript, Python, SQL. Comfortable with APIs, queues, scrapers, LLM orchestration.

• Think in funnels, not features. Can read a CAC chart and know exactly which lever to pull.
