Job Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Write high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, case studies, product descriptions, whitepapers, social media posts, and newsletters.
• Technical Writing: Simplify and communicate complex technical concepts and industry trends to a broad audience, maintaining accuracy and clarity in all materials.
• Content Strategy: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to plan and execute content strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity.
• SEO Optimization: Optimize all written content for search engines, ensuring content ranks well and attracts organic traffic.
• Content Management: Edit and proofread content to maintain consistency, correct grammar, and proper tone of voice across all materials.
• Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, and provide recommendations for content improvement.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and feedback to junior content writers, helping them improve their writing skills and content quality.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the editorial, design, and digital marketing teams to develop multimedia content and ensure all projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a content writer, with at least some in technical writing or content writing role (preferably in the technology industry).
• Strong command over written English, with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proven experience in crafting SEO-friendly content and applying SEO best practices.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging, easy-to-understand content for various audiences.
• Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or similar tools.
• Experience with content optimization tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience writing for the technology, IT consulting, or software development industries.
• Familiarity with basic graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite for creating engaging visual content to accompany written materials.
• Experience in writing for diverse content formats, including blogs, technical documents, social media, and product copy.
