Senior Manager E-Commerce Sales–International Full Time NEW

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior of E-commerce sales – International to lead the online sales expansion of KnitPro, a globally recognized brand in hand-knitting tools. The ideal candidate will own the full funnel of international e-commerce growth-from strategy to execution-across D2C platforms, global marketplaces (Amazon global, Etsy, Walmart, Shopify/Magento etc.) and regional e-commerce platforms in North America, Europe and other emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Global E-commerce Strategy & Planning

• Build and execute a comprehensive roadmap for global e-commerce growth.

• Identify key international markets and prioritize channels (marketplaces, distributors).

• Define annual budgets, revenue targets and KPIs.

2. Platform Management & Optimization

• Manage multiple international storefronts marketplace accounts (Amazon global, Etsy, etc.).

• Oversee product catalogue, taxonomy, pricing and localisation strategies.

• Optimize product listings and merchandising.

3. Performance Growth

• Drive global traffic and sales through performance marketing.

• Implement promotional campaigns, seasonal offers.

• Collaborate with creative and content team to ensure relevant messaging.

4. Sales Analytics & Forecasting

• Forecast demand by market/SKU.

• Generate actionable insights to drive conversion rate optimization.

5. Operations & Fulfilment

• Oversee international order fulfilment, working with third party partners in key regions.

• Closely work with category buyers and marketing team of major E-commerce platforms

• Ensure cost-effective shipping, customs compliance and efficient returns management.

• Collaborate with supply chain teams for inventory availability and demand planning.
