Founder’s Office – Communications Full Time NEW

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of communication, execution, and content.

You will act as:

• The voice of the company externally
• The communication bridge internally
• The execution engine for content and brand
• You’ll work directly with founders to ensure nothing gets lost, delayed, or miscommunicated — while also building the company’s public presence.

Key Responsibilities

Founder’s Office Communication (External) –

• Draft emails, proposals, decks, and client communication
• Translate founder ideas into structured, professional output
• Support investor and high-stakes communication

2. Internal Communication & Thread Management (CRITICAL)

Act as the central node between founders and teams

Track ongoing discussions, decisions, and action items across:

• WhatsApp
• Email
• Meetings
• Maintain clear visibility on:
• What was discussed
• What decisions were taken
• What actions are pending
• Who owns what
• Create and manage:
• Daily / weekly updates
• Task trackers
• Follow-up systems
• Ensure:
• No thread dies
• No task slips
• No miscommunication happens

3. Content Strategy & Execution

• Plan and execute content across Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Build narratives around:
• AI solutions & use cases
• Client stories
• Founder insights
• Behind-the-scenes building
• Shoot and edit Instagram reels
• Turn raw founder thoughts into engaging video content
• Editing & Design
• Design using Canva
• Create:
• Social creatives
• Ad visuals
• Decks & presentations
• Maintain a sharp, consistent brand voice
• Experiment with content that drives inbound leads

• Experience in a Founder’s Office / startup ops role
• Exposure to AI / SaaS / tech
• Experience with Notion / task management systems
• Understanding of content that converts (not just looks good)

Compensation

Competitive + performance-based upside + Possible ESOPs after lock-in period.
