Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Pune City, with work-from-home flexibility. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with the creative team to develop visuals that align with brand identity and project requirements. Your responsibilities will include designing social media creatives, posters, banners, hoardings, brochures, logos, and other marketing materials, creating assets for branding and campaigns, and maintaining cohesive designs across various platforms. You will also ensure deliverables are of high quality and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Expectations:

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and similar
• Experience in creating high quality and premium designs
• Understanding of color schemes, typography, hierarchy and its application in design
• Attention to detail (first time right approach)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently
• Ability to communicate and co-ordinate with client team
• Efficient organizational and time-management skills
• Previous experience or an educational background in Graphic Design
