Are you someone who can bring in clients, close deals, and deliver talent end-to-end?

We’re looking for a Full Desk Business Development Manager (360 Recruiter) who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can independently drive both sales and recruitment delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the entire recruitment lifecycle (360° role) – from client acquisition to candidate placement
• Drive new B2B business across Non-IT sectors (Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, etc.)
• Build and manage client relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
• Source, screen, and close candidates for multiple roles
• Negotiate contracts, fees, and close positions independently

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (Full Desk / 360 role)
• Strong background in business development + client acquisition
• Proven ability to generate revenue and close roles independently
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
• A true hunter mindset with ownership and accountability
