Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming clinic experience
- Guide customers to the next available Hair Coach and assist in managing in-store flow
- Book and manage appointments for coaches and doctors
- Educate customers on Traya’s science-backed approach to hair health and answer basic queries
- Share relevant reading material and showcase customer success journeys to build trust
- Support customers during their visit to ensure a seamless consultation experience
- Assist the ASM and coaches with day-to-day clinic operations and coordination
- Maintain basic records and ensure adherence to clinic processes
