Roles And Responsibilities

You shall be primarily responsible for delivering various critical components of the Myntra House of brands P&L. You will play a critical role in laying out a multi-year strategy for the evolution and growth of the business, as well as lead execution of high impact, cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

• P&L Focus: Manage the various components of the P&L for Myntra House of brands
• Pricing & Planning : Own demand & supply planning, pricing through bench-marking and seller incentives for Myntra House of brands
• Monitor & Manage Key Business Metrics: Conversion, Revenue per business unit, Marketing/Discounts per business unit and Gross Margins
• Inputs to Brands : Provide critical inputs to the brand teams for their ongoing discussions with various suppliers/sellers
• Trends & Assortment : Monitor global trends in consumer behaviour and use a deep understanding of consumer needs to arrive at product assortment strategy for Myntra House of brands
• Cross-Functional Ownership: Role entails close working with various internal teams across Product, Technology, Fulfillment, Seller Support, Strategy, Supply chain and marketing etc. The role will be to manage relationships and take accountability of the end to end delivery of tasks to lead to conversion growth and additional revenue for each category.
• Reporting: Performance reporting to internal and external stakeholders

Desired Candidate

• Prior P&L / Category Management / Revenue & Growth/Strategy experience preferred
• Approximately 4-5 years’ experience
• Excellent understanding of market and consumer trends
• Highly analytical. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Self-starter with excellent communication, leadership, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with different functional teams and levels to lead the achievement of the objective
• Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles with outstanding execution and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders and partners
