Job Title: Growth Marketer : E-learning Services/ Digital Accessibility
Location: Chennai (Hybrid) Experience: 6+ Years
Role Overview We’re not looking for a traditional marketer. We want a growth hacker who treats pipeline like a number on a scoreboard. We’re building a high-growth e-learning services business, and we need someone who can drive demand, crack enterprise accounts, and directly impact revenue. This is not a branding role. You own pipeline, conversions, and deal acceleration.
What You’ll Own
● End-to-end pipeline generation for e-learning services and digital accessibility services
● Build and execute high-impact growth campaigns across channels
● Identify and crack high-value target accounts (ABM mindset)
● Work closely with sales to convert, not just generate
● Launch fast, test faster: A/B test everything ● Leverage tools for automation, intent signals, and growth hacking
Who You Are : Non Negotiables
● 6+ years in e-learning / edtech services/digital accessibility marketing or growth roles
● Experience in building business from 0 to 1 or opening new markets
● Strong exposure to US & European buyers and sales cycles What You Get
