Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Last Mile, based in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing and optimizing last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries, and managing relationships with delivery partners and teams. Responsibilities include developing and implementing distribution strategies, coordinating with internal stakeholders, monitoring delivery KPIs, and resolving operational challenges. The AGM will also be tasked with improving logistical processes to enhance customer satisfaction and maintaining compliance with company standards and support expansion plans in urban markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and last-mile delivery operations in D2C, with skills in optimizing workflows and performance metrics
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills to oversee delivery teams and partner collaborations
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities to address operational challenges and implement improvement strategies
• Familiarity with supply chain management, distribution networks, and urban market dynamics
• Proven track record in managing delivery logistics software and technology solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in a food or FMCG sector is preferred along with D2C experience.
