Job Summary
We are hiring a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator for a non-voice role focused exclusively on offer letter preparation and documentation.
This role is ideal for candidates who have prior experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations and possess a strong eye for detail, accuracy, and process adherence.
Job Details & Compensation
- Position: Recruitment Coordinator (Non-Voice Process)
- Experience: 1 – 3 Years
- Salary: 3.25 – 3.5 LPA
- Shift: 8:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST
- Joining: May 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft offer letters accurately based on provided inputs
- Ensure all offer details (compensation, role, joining details) are error-free
- Maintain consistency and formatting standards across all offer documents
- Coordinate internally for required information to generate offer letters
- Track and maintain records of issued offer letters
- Ensure timely delivery of offer letters within defined timelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1 – 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination / HR operations
- Prior experience in drafting or issuing offer letters is mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
