Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Assistant, located in Mumbai. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities, assisting in operations management, resolving customer service inquiries, and ensuring efficient workflow in the organization. The role involves building strong communication channels, executing operational plans, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Operations and Operations Management
• Analytical Skills to evaluate and enhance current processes
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Customer Service to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
