Job Title: Contract Management & Sourcing Support Analyst / Specialist
Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India (Hybrid/Remote possible)
Work Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday)
Role Summary
This role is responsible for all aspects of contract lifecycle management, including preparation, review, negotiation support, and repository management. Additionally, the role will provide direct support for sourcing activities, such as planning and executing sourcing events (e.g., RFPs), vendor communication, and response assessments.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and manage a wide variety of procurement contracts, ensuring all contractual terms and details are captured per organizational standards and stakeholder needs.
• Maintain and update a central contract repository, track contract milestones, and ensure timely renewals, amendments, and compliance actions.
• Liaise with legal, procurement, IT, and risk teams during all phases of contract review and approval.
• Support vendor onboarding and documentation review relating to both contracts and general sourcing requirements.
• Support sourcing events end-to-end, including preparing Request for Proposal (RFP) documents & bid packages, analyzing supplier responses & bid documents, and coordinating vendor communications.
• Assist sourcing and procurement leads with administrative tasks such as document management, status reporting, and stakeholder presentations.
• Ensure adherence to all data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance regulations for US healthcare organizations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements for contract and sourcing operations.
• Maintain detailed, organized records of all contracts and sourcing event-related documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in contract management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or a similar environment.
• Experience in US Hospital Systems / Healthcare Provider space is preferred
• Hands-on experience developing RFPs and supporting sourcing events.
• Familiarity with contract management and sourcing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate across multiple functions and stakeholder levels.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience supporting US-based or international clients is a plus.
