Client Servicing Associate Full Time NEW

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly proactive Client Servicing Associate who can take complete ownership of client communication and project execution. This role requires someone who can manage clients firmly yet professionally, ensure timelines are met without compromise, and actively contribute to scaling client growth through efficient coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end client communication across emails, calls, and meetings
• Conduct weekly client catch-ups (Zoom/Google Meet) to review progress, align on deliverables, and push next steps
• Coordinate with clients for script discussions, approvals, and feedback with quick turnaround timelines
• Plan, schedule, and lock shoot days in alignment with internal teams and client availability
• Ensure all client deliverables are executed strictly as per committed timelines
• Proactively follow up and raise escalations on delays from the client’s end through clear, assertive, and professional communication
• Keep projects moving forward without bottlenecks no passive follow-ups
• Maintain clear documentation of timelines, feedback, and deliverables
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and quality output
• Contribute to improving processes and identifying opportunities to enhance client growth and retention

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a digital/creative/marketing agency is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be firm when required
• Excellent coordination and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tight deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable leading client calls and handling high-pressure situations
• Basic understanding of content production/digital marketing workflows
