We’re Hiring: PMO Manager – US Healthcare RCM
As we continue to grow and onboard new clients, we’re looking for a highly experienced PMO Manager to lead client transitions, streamline operations, and ensure seamless project execution across our US Healthcare RCM business.
🔹 Role Overview
The PMO Manager will play a critical role in managing client onboarding, driving project governance, and ensuring alignment across internal teams and client stakeholders. This role demands strong RCM expertise combined with structured project management capabilities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding, transitions, and implementations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AR, Billing, Payment Posting, QA, Ops)
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication
- Track project progress using tools like Excel / Smartsheet
- Identify risks, dependencies, and proactively drive resolutions
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
- Prepare and present project status reports to leadership & clients
🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM
- Strong hands-on expertise in AR, Billing & Payment Posting
- Proven experience in client transitions/onboarding/implementations
- Excellent client-facing communication & presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal + external)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with project tracking tools (Excel, Smartsheet, etc.)
- PMP or other Project Management Certification preferred
