Job Summary:

The Head – People & Transformation will lead and oversee all human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, training & development, payroll coordination, and strategic workforce planning. The role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong organizational culture while aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Management
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive organizational development and workforce planning initiatives
• Advise leadership on HR best practices and people strategies

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees

Employee Relations

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
• Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion practices

Performance Management

• Design and manage performance appraisal systems
• Support managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans
• Monitor employee productivity and development

Compensation & Benefits

• Oversee payroll, salary structuring, and benefits administration
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and salary reviews
• Ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices

Compliance & Policies

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies
• Develop and update HR policies and employee handbook
• Manage audits and HR documentation

Training & Development

• Identify training needs and implement learning programs
• Drive leadership development and succession planning
• Promote employee career growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in HR
• 8–15 years of HR experience with leadership exposure

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability
• Experience in HRMS/Payroll systems
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
