The Head – People & Transformation will lead and oversee all human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, training & development, payroll coordination, and strategic workforce planning. The role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong organizational culture while aligning HR strategies with business goals.
