Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune City for a Human Resources and Admin Executive. In this role, you will oversee HR operations, implement company policies, and manage employee relations. Additional tasks include maintaining administrative operations efficiently, supporting recruitment processes, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with HR and administrative protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management, HR Operations, and implementing HR policies
• Proficiency in addressing Employee Relations and ensuring workplace harmony
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and employment regulations
• Ability to handle administrative tasks and ensure organizational efficiency
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant HR software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, on-site environment in Pune City

CTC Range :- 25,000/- – 30,000/- Per Month
