Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and skilled candidates for an International Multilingual Customer Support Process. The role involves handling global customer queries through voice, chat, and email channels for a leading skincare brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries in respective language (Korean / Thai / Vietnamese / Bahasa Indonesian / Malay)
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
• Minimum B2 / B2.2 / C1 level certification in any of the required languages
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Freshers with strong language skills OR experienced candidates (BPO/Customer Support)
