Job Title: Manager – Business Finance

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly strategic and analytical Business Finance Manager to partner with our Business Operations team and drive financial insights and profitability for our digital media business. This role is critical in tracking Return on Investment (RoI), monitoring partner-level profitability, and providing actionable recommendations that enable sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Business Finance and Strategy with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic finance partner to Business Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Analyze revenue data & trends, pricing changes, product launches, and market shifts to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, scenario analyses, and dashboards to track sales performance, and RoI across key business verticals.
• Own annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for sales-related revenue and expenses, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Drive periodic financial reviews and business performance analysis, providing commercial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives to improve decision-making and drive business performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a similar strategic finance role.
• Prior experience in digital media, technology, or high-growth environments preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA from Tier 1 institute or CPA a plus).
