Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive IT Project Coordinator to assist in managing multiple IT projects from start to finish. The role involves supporting project managers, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of all project tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Facilitate communication among developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
• Monitor timelines, identify delays, and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in client communication, quality checks, and status updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar IT role.
• Good understanding of software development and project lifecycles.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

Preferred:

• Experience with IT/software project coordination.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Client-facing or team coordination experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
