At ProcDNA, We are building a high-impact data and AI practice focused on life sciences. This role will own both delivery excellence and capability build-out from the ground up.
What you will own
- Build and scale a data engineering practice (team, capability, and delivery) across global clients
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data platforms (design → build → production)
- Architect cloud-native systems across AWS/Azure with strong focus on scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Work directly with pharma clients to translate business problems into executable technology solutions
- Establish reusable assets (frameworks, accelerators, data models) to improve delivery speed and quality
- Hire, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams in India
- Partner with leadership on growth, solutioning, and key client pursuits
What we are looking for
- 12–18 years of experience building and delivering data platforms in consulting or product environments
- Strong hands-on architecture background. You have built or led production systems, not just designed them
- Deep experience with cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure), including data services, orchestration, and monitoring
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, integration patterns, and distributed systems
- Experience working with pharma commercial data (IQVIA, claims, CRM, MDM) strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead large delivery programs and manage senior client stakeholders
- Track record of hiring and scaling engineering teams
This role is NOT for you if
- Your experience is primarily advisory/strategy without hands-on delivery
- You have not worked directly with clients in a consulting or services environment
- You prefer structured environments with pre-built teams and defined processes
