REFERENCE HOLDING GROUP is a consultancy firm with over 18 years of experience, specializing in engineering services and business administration. Operating under the Free Professions Careers Authority in Egypt, the group delivers expertise in infrastructure design, architectural structures, electromechanical works, project supervision, and technical support. Their services encompass water supply networks, sewage treatment plants, electromechanical works for large-scale facilities, and aquatic constructions such as Olympic-sized pools and artificial lakes. By leveraging the knowledge of highly experienced Egyptian engineers, the group aims to offer world-class consultancy services at competitive rates.

Role Description

We are seeking a Co-Founder for REFERENCE HOLDING GROUP on a full-time, hybrid basis. The role is based in Paris, with flexibility for partial remote work. As a Co-Founder, you will strategically drive the growth and development of the company by leading business development initiatives, establishing partnerships, and defining the future roadmap of the company. You will also oversee high-level planning, resource allocation, and operational decision-making to ensure sustainable growth, while championing the mission and vision of the organization. This role requires engaging with clients, building a strong company culture, and ensuring a high standard of service in line with the company’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Business Development, Leadership, and Strategic Planning
• Strong expertise in Engineering Consultancy, particularly in infrastructure, architectural, and electromechanical works
• Outstanding Communication and Negotiation skills for client engagement and partnership building
• Project Management, Operational Oversight, and Decision-Making abilities
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid (on-site and remote) environment
• Background in international business is a plus
• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
