Factory Finance Controller – Refurbished Business

Our client is looking for an experienced Factory Finance Controller to lead plant-level finance operations within a high-volume refurbished device business. The role focuses on factory P&L, cost structures, operational finance, and margin improvement while closely partnering with operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage factory-level P&L, costing structures, and financial controls
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Drive cost accounting, variance analysis, and margin improvement initiatives
- Partner with operations teams to improve efficiency and performance KPIs
- Oversee inventory governance, ERP systems, and compliance standards
- Support capex planning, audit readiness, and operational reporting
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or plant finance
- Strong expertise in standard costing, FP&A, and variance analysis
- Hands-on ERP experience (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite preferred)
- Strong analytical, leadership, and business partnering skills
