About Us
Greenfur Handcrafts LLP is a Kolkata-based manufacturer and exporter of sustainable fabric bags — cotton, jute, canvas, and polyester — with a production capacity of 2M+ units per year. We supply directly to international brands across the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, and Singapore. We’re a lean, fast-moving team and we’re growing.
What You’ll Do
Export Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and manage export documents — invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and LC documents
- Coordinate with CHAs, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for timely dispatch
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, FEMA, and customs regulations
- Track shipments and resolve documentation discrepancies
Office Administration & Vendor Coordination
- Manage day-to-day office operations and vendor relationships
- Coordinate with fabric suppliers, accessory vendors, and third-party contractors
- Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups
- Support the founder in scheduling, reporting, and business correspondence
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in export operations and/or office administration
- Familiarity with export documentation and Indian trade compliance (DGFT, FEMA, RoDTEP preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Strong communication skills in English and Bengali/Hindi
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a founder-led SME environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in garments, textiles, or manufacturing exports
- Working knowledge of Tally or any ERP system
- Experience coordinating with international clients

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
