Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist located in Coimbatore. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing and managing expense reports, maintaining financial records, executing journal entries, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in accounting processes. The individual will assist in analyzing and reconciling financial data to support the organization’s financial operations effectively.

Qualifications

• Expertise in handling Expense Reports and maintaining financial accuracy
• Experience of 2-4 years in similar role.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and resolve discrepancies
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Finance and Accounting principles
• Experience in preparing and processing Journal Entries (Accounting)
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with compliance and financial audit processes is a plus
