You will need to ensure all agreed targets and Service Level Agreements are met and emergency incidents are managed and resolved within the agreed target resolution times.

As a APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST having skills on Middleware technologies is a huge plus.

Key skills which we are expecting you to have are:-

• ITX, WTX Knowledge – Must Have
• OS Unix, Linux – Must Have
• SQL– Must Have
• Azure Knowledge(Event Hub, Function App, Azure Service Bus, Logic Ap
• Cosmos, KQL) Experience – Must Have
• MQ, IIB – ( Good to Have)
• DB (Oracle) – Must Have
• Apache, Tomcat, Camel – Must Have
• Zabbix Monitoring ( Good to Have)
• C# Coding knowledge ( Good to Have)
• Advanced shell scripting
• AKS

You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
