The Opportunity

We’re looking for passionate Coding Instructors who believe in our mission and have the expertise to teach coding to young learners.

You’ll join a growing community of educators who make coding accessible, exciting, and meaningful for students across India and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Teach coding live to K-12 students through our online platform, making lessons fun, interactive, and age-appropriate
• Inspire curiosity – help students discover the joy of building apps, games, and websites from an early age
• Assess and guide – track student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive, encouraging feedback
• Engage with parents – conduct regular feedback sessions with parents / guardians to share progress and address concerns
• Grow as an educator – participate in ongoing training sessions, teacher development programs, and curriculum updates.

What We’re Looking ForMust-Have :

• Graduate in CS / IT / Computer Applications (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent)
• Strong programming fundamentals – comfortable with at least one language (Python, JavaScript, Scratch, Java, etc.)
• Excellent English communication – clear, patient, and able to simplify complex concepts for young learners
• Reliable setup – laptop / desktop with camera, microphone, and stable internet ( 10 Mbps).

Good to Have :

• Teaching experience – prior experience in EdTech, tutoring, or classroom instruction
• Familiarity with K-12 CS education – understanding of age-appropriate pedagogy and curriculum design
• Growth mindset – eagerness to learn new technologies and teaching methodologies.

Availability & Commitment

• Minimum 50 hours per month
• Weekends are key : Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory; longer weekend hours are preferred
• Flexible weekday slots – choose hours that work best for you.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn INR 30,000 – 80,000 per month
• INR 200-500 per class depending on student region, day vs night shift, and weekend bonus
