About the Role
The Inventory Controller will play a crucial role in overseeing inventory management processes and ensuring that stock levels are maintained accurately.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect materials to ensure accuracy and quality
- Store and organize items in a proper and efficient manner
- Record all inventory transactions (inbound & outbound) accurately
- Monitor stock levels on a regular basis
- Perform periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare and issue materials as per requests
- Follow warehouse safety procedures at all times
- Coordinate with other departments (procurement / logistics)
Qualifications
- Relevant educational background in supply chain management or related field.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to use inventory management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate to advanced level in English
- Ability to work under pressure
Preferred Skills
- Experience in warehouse operations.
