City Lead – Operations Full Time

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end fleet operations, ensuring high asset uptime, operational readiness, and service excellence
• Oversee supply chain & logistics operations including demand forecasting, procurement planning, vendor management, and material optimization
• Develop and enforce SOPs, audit frameworks, and compliance mechanisms across operations
• Build and track KPI dashboards (Excel / Power BI) for uptime, cost metrics, procurement cycle time, and performance monitoring
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and deploy corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
• The role requires frequent travels for operational requirement

📌 Who You Are:

• Engineering background (Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Production preferred) with an MBA in Operations / Supply Chain Management.
• 4+ years of experience in Operations, Fleet Management & Supply Chain
• Proven track record managing large-scale assets, budgets & multi-location operations
• Strong expertise in maintenance planning, reliability & operational readiness
• Experience driving cost optimization & process efficiency.

CTC: ₹6-8 LPA (Incl. 10% Performance-Linked Incentive)
