Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across Meta and Google Ads.

Must have

• 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Experience running campaigns for D2C, marketplace, fashion, lifestyle, or high-SKU catalog brands
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CPI, CTR, CVR, CPM
• Experience with campaign setup, optimisation, scaling, retargeting, and creative testing
• Basic understanding of app campaigns, events, attribution, and MMPs like Appsflyer, Adjust, or Singular

Good to have

• Fashion, lifestyle, D2C, marketplace, or quick-commerce experience
• Google Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, or UAC experience
• Catalog ads and dynamic product ads experience

Ideal candidate

Someone who has actually run Meta campaigns hands-on, knows how to scale spends without breaking CAC, and can operate independently in a fast-moving startup.

What you’ll do

• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
• Own daily campaign performance, budgets, targeting, and scaling
• Run app install and conversion campaigns focused on installs, first orders, CAC, CPI, and ROAS
• Work with creative teams to brief ads and run structured creative tests
• Track performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and MMP
• Spot trends, flag anomalies, and turn data into clear action
