Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Audit. The role involves managing end-to-end AP processes, ensuring compliance, supporting audits, and strengthening internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP):
- Manage end-to-end AP cycle including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices in line with company policies
- Handle vendor queries and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Monitor aging reports and ensure timely closures
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Drive process improvements and automation in AP function
Audit & Compliance
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
- Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and documentation
- Coordinate with external auditors and resolve audit queries
- Ensure adherence to Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP (as applicable)
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies
Financial Reporting & Controls
- Assist in month-end and year-end close activities
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations related to payables
- Identify risks and implement control mechanisms
- Support management with MIS and reporting requirements
Key Requirements
- Qualified CA with 3–7 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable and Audit (Statutory/Internal)
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
