About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a leading global investment bank in Pune. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is eager to contribute to a world-class recruiting function.

This role will be supporting locations across Asia, and we are looking for someone who is able to start at 7am IST. The role will be hybrid remote and in-office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to effectively work in a fast paced, detail oriented and deadline focused environment
• Prepare candidates for interviewing with our clients by providing all logistics for the day of the interview
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with logistics and reporting
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking systems (ORC)
• Responsible for sending interview feedback requests in our applicant tracking system (ORC)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business teams
• Performs other related and ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in end-to-end recruitment co-ordination including interview scheduling and collection of interview feedback
• Experience supporting a global recruitment team (ideally including the following Asia locations: Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore)
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferrable
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent prioritization, writing, and oral communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Ability to effectively work in a fast paced, detail oriented and deadline focused environment
