Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, guiding them through our extensive collection and helping them make informed decisions for their residential or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Consultation: Greet walk-in customers, understand their project requirements, and provide expert advice on material selection (Tiles, Marble, Granite).
• Sales Conversion: Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to convert visitors into long-term clients.
• Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of different stone varieties, finishes, and technical specifications.
• Quotation & Billing: Prepare accurate price quotes and coordinate with the billing department for final invoicing.
• Inventory Coordination: Check stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery for clients.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local contractors, architects, and interior designers.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in retail sales or showroom sales is preferred (experience in building materials, hardware, or home decor is a major plus).
• Education: Minimum Graduate or Diploma in any field.
• Communication: Fluent in Hindi; basic English proficiency is preferred. Ability to explain product features clearly.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a polite demeanor, and basic computer knowledge for order entry.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Hazaribagh and surrounding Jharkhand market is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
