Account & Finance Manager (IT Industry)

We are looking for an experienced Account & Finance professional with an IT industry background, capable of handling finance strategy along with strong hands-on accounting responsibilities.

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall financial operations, reporting, and compliance
• Oversee money management, cash flow (inflow & outflow), and working capital
• Perform cash flow monitoring, audit of cash flows, and cash reconciliations
• Ensure proper transaction audit trails and financial controls
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Manage day-to-day accounting: journal entries, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations
• Oversee AP/AR, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Assist in audits and coordinate with auditors
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management

Requirements:

• Strong experience in finance management + core accounting operations
• Proven exposure to cash flow control, audits, and financial tracking systems
• IT industry background preferred
• Sound knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software & advanced Excel
• Immediate/short notice joiners preferred
