The selected candidate will coordinate delivery schedules, supervise field staff, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day delivery operations.
- Manage delivery executives, temporary staff, or freelance personnel.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery execution.
- Assign schedules, monitor attendance, and track performance.
- Resolve delivery delays, operational challenges, and client escalations.
- Maintain delivery reports, logs, and operational records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and safety guidelines.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of delivery staff when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- PUC / Diploma / Graduate (preferred but not mandatory depending on role type)
- Prior experience in logistics, operations, or team supervision is an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with local routes and operations preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts based on assignment type
