Senior Quick Commerce Associate Full Time

Role Summary

You will own the performance, planning, and execution of the company’s quick commerce channels. The role focuses on driving growth, improving availability, and ensuring efficient operations across platforms through data-driven decision-making and strong cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Performance & Growth

• Track and analyse performance across quick commerce platforms to identify growth and efficiency opportunities
• Monitor key metrics such as sales, availability, store coverage, and fill rates
• Work with platform partners on assortment expansion, visibility, and performance initiatives
• Identify gaps and implement scalable improvements to drive channel growth

Demand Planning & Inventory Optimisation

• Support demand planning and SKU prioritisation to ensure optimal availability across platforms
• Monitor SKU-level demand and proactively flag stock imbalances or shortages
• Drive better inventory allocation decisions during high-demand or constrained supply scenarios

Operations & Execution

• Oversee end-to-end tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) across platforms with high accuracy
• Coordinate daily with logistics teams to plan and execute dispatches based on SLAs, expiry timelines, and priority
• Ensure smooth order flow from PO to delivery with minimal delays or escalations

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to align execution with channel strategy
• Act as a central point of coordination for resolving platform-related dependencies (payments, discrepancies, approvals)
• Manage communication with external platform stakeholders when required

Process Improvement

• Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies across order flow and platform operations
• Build and implement structured systems for tracking, reporting, and execution
• Support automation and scalable workflows to improve overall efficiency

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, or marketplace/category roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication and strong organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience working with platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
• Understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, and logistics workflows
