Manager – Quick Commerce Ads Full Time NEW

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce & Quick Commerce Manager to lead our online sales channels, including marketplace platforms and quick commerce ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing digital storefronts, executing high-performance ad campaigns, and developing data-driven growth strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Management

• Manage end-to-end operations across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
• Optimize product listings, content, pricing, and promotions to drive conversions
• Monitor sales performance, customer behavior, and marketplace trends
• Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability

Quick Commerce Management

• Handle operations across quick commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
• Drive visibility and sales through platform-specific strategies (assortment, pricing, placements)
• Manage relationships with platform account managers
• Ensure timely inventory replenishment and demand forecasting

Advertising & Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across marketplaces and digital channels
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
• Analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine campaign strategies

Strategy & Growth

• Develop and implement growth strategies for both e-commerce and quick commerce channels
• Identify new opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and category growth
• Use analytics tools to generate insights and inform decision-making
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 4–8 years of experience in e-commerce and/or quick commerce management
• Proven track record of managing and scaling ad campaigns
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and performance marketing
• Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in FMCG, D2C brands, or high-growth startups
• Familiarity with inventory planning and supply chain coordination
• Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
