Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant/Junior Manager Human Resources at Stockwell Solar Services Pvt. Ltd., based in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, HR operations, payroll management, employee engagement, and compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Additionally, the role entails maintaining employee records, managing performance reviews, supporting training and development initiatives, and ensuring smooth coordination within teams. The Assistant/Junior Manager will act as an essential point of contact for HR-related queries and support the overall HR operations of the organization.

• Strong skills in employee engagement, organizational development, and team coordination
• Proficiency in analyzing and handling employee performance reviews
• Ability to maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HR tools, technologies, and MS Office suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
