Role Objective :
Lead Sambhv’s public relations and corporate communications function, driving strong media visibility, reputation management, and consistent external communication aligned with business and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute PR and media strategy aligned with business goals
- Build and manage relationships with journalists, editors, and industry publications
- Drive high-quality media coverage across business and trade platforms
- Manage external communication including press releases, announcements, and leadership messaging
- Drive leadership visibility through interviews, articles, and thought leadership content
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management
- Ensure alignment of PR messaging with brand and digital communication
- Manage PR agencies and external partners
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams
- Lead communication for industry events, press interactions, and key announcements

Candidate Profile :
- 10–15 years experience in PR / corporate communications
- Strong media network across business and industry publications
- Experience in B2B / manufacturing / infrastructure sectors preferred
- Proven experience managing leadership communication and PR strategy
- Strong writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
