Role Description

As a Senior Engineer in Solar PV Plant Operation and Maintenance at Inspire Clean Energy, you will oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and performance optimization of solar PV plants. This full-time, on-site role based in Karjat involves designing and implementing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and optimizing plant performance. You will contribute to improving the reliability and efficiency of the solar PV systems under your care.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in the Solar Industry, Solar Power, and Solar Systems
• Proficiency in PV Design and Electrical Design
• Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and monitoring of solar PV plants
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, plant safety standards, and performance optimization
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the solar energy sector is a plus
