Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Fashion Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain optimal store performance. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth operation of the store. The role requires maintaining a high standard of service to create a welcoming shopping experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Should know how to take custom measurements and have fabric knowledge and how to style different pieces together
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse clientele and team members
• Experience in Store Management, including overseeing team performance, setting goals, and streamlining store operations
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and maintain inventory control
• Leadership, team-building, and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in the fashion retail industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred
