Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Digital Marketing Head. The Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies to drive growth and brand visibility. Responsibilities include overseeing digital transformation initiatives, managing marketing campaigns, strategizing online presence, analyzing web metrics, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role requires working collaboratively with various stakeholders to elevate brand engagement and optimize the clinic’s digital performance.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy
• Strong Project Management and Team Leadership skills
• Proficiency in Web Analytics, including tools for tracking and analyzing digital performance
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices
• Proven track record in scaling brand presence online and driving measurable business growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is advantageous
