1. Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
2. Counsel students on courses, career paths, and training programs.
3. Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
4. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
5. Clearly explain course details, fees, loan options, and batch schedules.
6. Build trust by addressing student doubts and concerns.
7. Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth onboarding.
8. Ensure timely collection of documents and fee processing.
9. Achieve daily and weekly admission targets.
10. Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.

1. Prior experience in the education industry or EdTech is an advantage.
2. Strong communication and convincing skills.
3. Basic understanding of sales and lead conversion.
4. Comfortable with calling and handling multiple student queries.
5. Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
6. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term student relationships.
7. Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel is a plus.
8. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 – 10,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
